The options may include the whole spectrum, from us arranging free relationship counselling through to completing hearings in the Family Court if that is required.
If a client believes that they will qualify for legal aid, a family lawyer will advise as to whether or not the client is likely to be eligible and, if so, upon what basis.
If it is appropriate to apply for legal aid, our family team lawyer will assist with the application.
