The areas of business and commercial law in which our lawyers are particularly experienced are as follows:
- Business structure - the appropriate commercial vehicle to understand the business venture, whether by sole trader, partnership, company or trading trust;: purchase and sale of business ventures including negotiation of the terms of an Agreement for Sale and Purchase, merger of businesses or companies.
